  • I have been programming in C++ ever since there was a "C++". I am proficient with the STL and both the Borland C++ and Visual Studio development environments (and of course gcc).

  • I have recently learned Java2.  I have limited experience with Java Applets and Servelets.

  • I have written and edited HTML for personal and business web-pages.
PHP4
  • I use PHP4 for server-side scripting and interfacing with SQL databases.

Networking
  • I have experience with LAN networking, RJ-45 cable wiring, IP addressing. I also have experience with Linux and NT network operating systems. I also have experience with Cisco IOS.
  • I am also CCNA (Cisco certified Network Associate) and CCDA (Cisco certified Design Associate) certified. I also have Cisco Wireless Lan specialization certification.
Repair
  • I have three years experience in computer maintenance, repair, and upgrading. I am A+ certifiable, although I have not yet tested. I have installed and troubleshot Linux, Win9X, NT, Win2K (server), WinXP, and DOS systems. I have built and repaired both server and workstation computers for MSU and surrounding businesses.

  • I have experience with programming and interfacing Microchip PIC Microcontrollers using the standard MPLAB Development Environment.
  • I also have experience with the SX series of MCUs from Ubicom.
Circuit Design
  • I have classroom experience with the PSPICE circuit design software.
  • I also have experience with software based digital circuitry creation using VHDL.
