Meeting Minutes

April 6, 1999

General Meeting

• Meet in the Simrall parking lot at 7:45am April 17th for Habitat. Bring extra brushes and rollers (if you have them) because we will be painting the interior of the house.
• We are teaching at Ward this Thursday from 8-10. We need at least 2 more volunteers. It doesn't have to be for the full 2 hours, 1 hours is fine. Meet up at Ward Elementary at 7:55am.
• Officer elections will be at the end of this month.

March 23, 1999

General Meeting

• Discussed upcoming service projects.
• IEEE/HKN Picnic is the end of May
• Habitat for Humanity is definitely on April 17th

February 23, 1999

• Check on April 17th date for Habitat for Humanity
• Teaching at the local schools: 11 volunteers thus far!
• Initiation process begins.
  
  Invitations mailed this week.
  
  Interest meeting next Tuesday at 6:30 in room 132.
  
  Signature Sheets due March 26th.
  
  Initiation on March 30th, 7pm.

  Officers mailing list needs to be updated.

  Need to have elections in April.
