  • Do not forget the minimum educational requirements for being a TA. You must take 12 hours per semester (except you may take 9 hours during the semester you take ESL 5323), and you must not make any grades below a "B". You must complete and pass the T.A. Workshop.
    Note: You must take 3 hours per summer session in which you are a TA, or 6 hours if you teach both sessions, or the entire ten weeks.

  • Grade Submission Spreadsheet Template. You are expected to use this spreadsheet for grading your sections unless the class instructor tells you otherwise. Please put the students in alphabetical order by last name, and be sure to include the Student ID number.
  • Class/Section mailing list information. Be sure you subscribe yourself to the mailing lists of the class and section for your lab.

  • Please be sure to correspond with the lab coordinator for your lab. In particular, see if there are things that should be standard in all the sections.
  • Procedures for handling acadmemic misconduct:
