Procedures for Vending Machines

Here are the procedures to be followed when something doesn't work.

If you lose money and want to get it back:

Go to Perry Cafeteria and find Shirley Lucious (in office at north end of
main building on main floor) or Louise White (in basement entered from
rear of building at loading dock).  You will fill out a form and these
people will give you your money back.  (Honor system.)

If you want to report a vending machine that is out of order, call Dexter
Tooter or David Coleman at the Coca Cola company, 338-3400, ext. 29.
