  The outline for quiz #1 on the course webpage has been updated to 
reflect the topic coverage.  For quiz #1, you will be allowed one 
8.5"x11" formula sheet.  For each of the three quizzes in this course, I 
will provide you with an integral table and the differential operators 
(the back cover of your textbook), so there is no need to put that 
information on your formula sheet.
