As you are aware, the semester end approaches.  So it will not be 
practical or possible to accommodate all of the (many varied) exercises 
on the MOS transistor.  Regrets.

Be aware that ahw6 (due tomorrow) has been mildly reduced.  Exercise 
shw11 is removed and exercise shw12 is being reworked to level-3 model.  
And will also include some accommodation to the level-7 spice model.

processes of interest and there are 10 class members  in the fall 2008 
ECE4273/ECE6273 class.
