The answer is yes. And in response to your inquiry I have changed the exercise to say 'import the T15D level-49 parameters and change from LEVEL = 49 to LEVEL=7 for pspice's benefit. -RW ---------------------- On 11/7/2010 6:02 PM, Brian Benoy wrote: > Hi Dr. Winton, > > I don't believe we have any level-3 models for p-type MOSFETs. It is hidden under Nch. But for consistency have changed the instrux to reflect the use of M15D level-49 (= pspice level-7) and its parameters. It is now will show as the (slightly changed) version 1-4. -RW ---------------------- On 11/7/2010 9:56 PM, Brian Benoy wrote: > Dr. Winton, > > We were able to find the level 3 models going from your MOSIS link on > your website. The exercise was undergoing some changes to fit the class discussion of Nov 17. Note that it is now called shw9b. -RW ------------------------- On 11/21/2010 1:58 PM, Steven Price wrote: > > Dr. Winton, > > I am having trouble opening up the instructions for shw9; the link > seems to be broken.
