About the question 3.12 (c), you need draw an equivalent T-circuit referred to the high-voltage side like Figure 3.6 (a) in your textbook. Since you know the equivalent series impedance referred to the high-voltage side from the solution to the question 3.12 (b), it is easy to get you T-circuit based on the assumption of equal series impedances for the primary and referred secondary.
