Hi CA Folks,
As I announced during the class, you can access the class web page with 
your ECE account (not your student netID, sorry for the confusing!!) 
since the class web page is under the ECE server.
If you do not have ece account yet, you can talk to Mr. Lane in Room 139.
And you can download the assignment #2 from the class web page as well.

Yes, you are correct.
PC Relative should be 'PC + 4 + (sign-extended)imm16 * 4'
For example:
beq $1, $2, 25 ; if ($1 == $2) go to 'PC + 4 + 25*4'

For the exam #1, you can enter the room 129 from 9:28am since I need to 
place the exam papers on the seats by that time.
You can find your seat according to your green slip number.
