[ece4723] FREE floating point DSP boards

Merry Christmas!

I have placed several floating point DSP eval
boards in the IEEE lounge.  Free for the taking!

Boards sport a relatively elaborate DSP chip with
connected to a professional-grade audio stereo
ADC/DAC.  Board was designed primarily to do
real-time audio processing.  Dev tools are
available online.
