It is one questions in which you will be given a set of components (adders, counters, comparators, etc.) and you will be asked to design a digital circuit to perform a specific function. You will be asked to draw the datapath and possibly the ASM chart for the underlying finite state machine. It is recommended that you review all the datapath slides covered in the class and make sure you understand the given examples. Let me know if you have any question. I will review the topics covered in this class, highlight important parts, and provide some sample questions. I will mention some hints for the final that will not appear in the slides. Also, the solution for test 4 will be provided. On the project, the delivery of phase 4 is extended to Thursday April 24th, 6:00pm. By this time all, the project files should be uploaded to your project wiki page. Your project grade will be reduced by 50% if the files are missing after this time. The project demo is scheduled this Friday afternoon at the DSD lab. I will send you the complete schedule for each group by tomorrow. Let me know if you have any question.
