Subject: [ece4913] ECE 4913/6913 - Website update

I apologize for my previous statement that the webpage for the
class was up.  Apparently, I neglected to fix the file permissions,
and it was not viewable by anyone other than me.  It is now fixed,
and you can see the course syllabus (as distributed in the class)
as well as the homework assignments for the full semester.

e-mail to me as soon as you see it, so that I can fix it sooner.
