Mississippi State University has a three-tier system of scholarships: University, College (of Engineering), and Department (such as Electrical and Computer Engineering). Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Departmental scholarships are extremely competitive and limited in number. They are usually awarded to ECE juniors and seniors who have a solid track record of MSU performance, however all prospective and current ECE students are encouraged to apply.
