6.2.6 Language Modeling Tools: SRI Toolkit

The SRI (Stanford Research Institute) Toolkit is a collection of tools for building and applying statistical language models for speech recognition. One of the main ways our software uses this toolkit is in the area of N-gram language modeling. N-grams are discussed in Section 6.4.1. For a list of tools available in this toolkit, go to the Manual Pages. Here you will find a detailed description of each tool and in-depth instructions on how to use them.
