Prototype System v5.15: The major changes in this release
include runtime improvements in the Baum-Welch trainer and a
number of bug fixes. These changes do not significantly change
performance or runtime.

Echo Canceller: A minor release (v2.6.1) of our popular
echo canceller that includes updated examples and documentation.

Prototype System v5.14: This release contains two small
changes: (1) the code builds properly under gcc 3.2.1, and (2)
we have added the option to output the zeroth cepstral coefficient
in the extract_feature utility (important for some
interoperability experiments).

Production System:
We have determined that this release compiles cleanly
with gcc v3.2.1. This was tested on Solaris x86 and Linux (Rehat v8.0).
