Project Proposal
1. Team name and Members Team name: 3M Members: Chris Myers Matt Hink Michael Ashley
2. Design Overview Set of Instructions: We chose a set of 16 instructions that we feel covers the basic needs of a RISC processor while only requiring a 4-bit address space. We then chose a 16-register solution in order to reduce the number of swaps to and from memory (because we will be needing to do more calculations due to the reduced-size instruction set)

UPDATES
11/12/11 1) After working on the project we decided that the 16 registers were not that great of an idea. We moved back to the initial 8 registers to complete the project.
11/22/11 2) We have gotten most of our functionality done by now. However, we are having trouble with getting the right values in our registers after a certain amount of clock cycles.
11/27/11 3) We have not gotten the code to work properly yet. We are still having trouble with getting the right values into our registers as the program finishes.
