April 26th
Before the annual IEEE student branch picnic, an exciting bicycle
"Tour de Starkville" was enjoyed by several two-wheeled
enthusiasts. The "Tour" visited the best and most
fascinating cultural sites Starkville has to offer: homes of the ECE
faculty. In "ECE Acres", the group decided to stop at
the Moorhead residence to see what was being eaten for breakfast.
Alas, the dishwasher repairman was there, so we did not get a chance to
dine with the Moorheads. |
Q: What is everyone looking at?
|
A: Jean knocking on the Moorhead's front door.
|
Finally, someone answers.
|
Ms. Jane Moorhead gives an impromptu "Digital Devices"
lecture to the "Tour"
|
After a nice ride, let's play softball and eat some "Lil' Dooeys"

Call this outing the "Faculty Spring Ride". Six
faculty members from four departments representing three colleges joined
the May 3rd "bypass" ride. Maybe the faculty will be an
inspiration for the students. |
