What is your favorite part about being a mentor for MSU’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering?
My favorite part of being a mentor is seeing students in the position I was in two years ago and realizing how far I have come. I also like encouraging students who are the indecisive and self-conscious student that I once was.

What makes Electrical and Computer Engineering at Mississippi State a good choice for potential students?
Other than MSU being one of the top engineering schools in the country, the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department is tight-knit and very welcoming. I have made so many friends and have loved so many professors from being in ECE.

What ECE class has been your favorite class and why?
Foundations in ECE has been my favorite class, which is the biggest reason I chose to be a mentor. I love the hands-on experience in the lab along with learning to work as a group.

What is your favorite part about being an ECE major?
My favorite part of being an ECE major is telling people that I am a part of the best engineering department on campus.
