ECE Graduate Students Among Winners in Fall 2023 Graduate Student Research Symposium

Graduate students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering recently placed in the Mississippi State University Fall 2023 Graduate Student Research Symposium.

The Graduate School, in collaboration with the Graduate Student Association (GSA), hosted the annual Graduate Student Research Symposium, which allows students to showcase their research. Categories included oral presentations and poster presentations. The event showcased MSU’s graduate-level research, and it allowed for students to gain feedback on their presentations. The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Mississippi State University consists of 27 faculty members (including seven endowed professors), seven professional staff, and over 700 undergraduate and graduate students, with approximately 100 being at the Ph.D. level. With a research expenditure of over $14.24 million, the department houses the largest High Voltage Laboratory among North American universities.
